There are various types of sales emails to customers that can be used for digital marketing, especially in email marketing. These types of sales emails are used to convert a normal visitor to a customer. But before that, we need an email address. So, what is an email? Email means Electronic Mail. It has two parties: one is sender and the other is receiver. So, how can we get an email address? We can get an email address in two ways:

  • Free Platforms: We can get free email addresses from Google’s gmail, Yahoo’s yahoo mail. For example, myname@gmail.com.
  • Paid Platforms: We can get this type of email address from an organization if we work in that organization. Or we can purchase a hosting and domain name to get an email address with our domain name at the end. For example: info@digitalbizjournal.com

  • Newsletter: Newsletters are usually sent to users who are subscribed to any particular website of a company. It includes different campaigns, promotions, news, updates, etc.

  • Announcement email: For new products or services, announcement emails are used.
  • Seasonal campaign: For offering discounts in different occasions, for example, black Friday, Christmas, seasonal campaign emails are sent.
  • Transactional email: These emails are sent to the users after purchasing products or services. It can be sent in different stages of product or service delivery.
  • Post-purchase drip campaign: When a customer purchases a product, an email is sent for further offers to establish connection with the customers.
  • Behavioral email: Usually emails for registration or sign up, conversion, social activity (to complete transaction, referral programs) fall in this category.
  • Survey email: To get feedback from the users, survey email are used.
